Bio Body is not four separate products — it is one unified coaching system with different entry points. Every pathway uses the same core approach: structured daily coaching, a precise nutrition protocol, behavioural tools, and the support you need to stay consistent throughout.

The difference between programmes is the level of structure, duration, and coaching intensity. Your choice depends on where you are starting, how much time you can commit, and what rhythm works for your life. Individual results vary and depend on a range of personal factors including starting point, adherence, and lifestyle.

A short, focused coaching programme designed for those who want to experience the Bio Body system without a long commitment. You follow a structured low-calorie protocol for 13 days, supported by daily WhatsApp coaching, daily programme slides, and the full Bio Body support framework.

The 26-Day sits in the “goldilocks zone” — long enough for meaningful change, short enough to be mentally manageable for most people.

The most comprehensive Bio Body programme. An extended coaching engagement for those who are ready to commit to nearly six weeks of structured eating followed by an equally long consolidation phase. This is the deepest level of structure and coaching intensity in the Bio Body system.

  • You have a strong, established reason for committing and the mental resilience to sustain it
  • You want to tackle your goal in one uninterrupted effort rather than multiple shorter cycles
  • You do not have major travel, holidays, or social events for the next two to three months

Timeframe: Approximately 12 weeks from start to finish

Be aware: The 40-Day Programme is the most demanding in the Bio Body system and is not the default starting point for everyone. It suits clients who are genuinely ready for an extended, structured commitment and who want to work through their goal in one sustained effort rather than across multiple shorter rounds. The coaching support is particularly valuable in the later weeks of this programme.

Living Light 5:2: Flexible Weekly Rhythm

What It Is

A sustainable weekly structure you can use in two ways: as long-term maintenance after completing an active programme, or as a gradual, flexible approach to weight management. You eat normally five days a week and follow a structured 500-calorie protocol on two consecutive days.

Choose This If:

  • You have completed a Bio Body programme and want a sustainable long-term maintenance rhythm
  • You prefer a gradual, flexible approach over a strict short-term programme
  • You need the freedom to enjoy social life and eat normally most days
  • You want a structure you can maintain as a permanent lifestyle rhythm, not just for a few weeks

What to Expect

Structure: 2 consecutive structured days (500 calories) + 5 normal eating days per week
Structured days: Lean protein and vegetables only, supported by Living Light formulations
Normal days: Mindful eating, balanced whole foods, no calorie counting
Coaching: 6-week guided programme with weekly focus areas, habit tracking, and coaching tools
