Terms and Conditions
Important Disclaimers: Bio Body programmes provide nutritional structure, lifestyle coaching, and homeopathic support. We are not medical professionals. Our products and programmes are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual results vary. Testimonials and client examples reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Weight management outcomes depend on many factors including individual adherence, starting point, lifestyle, and health status. Always consult with your qualified healthcare provider before beginning any weight management programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our programme components, all sales are final. Because homeopathic programme components cannot be resold once shipped, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel, you may do so within 3 hours of ordering, or before your item has been dispatched, whichever comes first. Eligible cancellations will incur a $12.50 processing fee to cover transaction reversal costs.
Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at coaching@biobody.co.nz or via WhatsApp at +64 21 246 4919 so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Client Confidentiality & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We will never sell or share your personal information with any third party.
All payments are processed securely via DPS. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers or premises.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders received after 12 noon on Fridays or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Target delivery: Next business day (rural areas may take 2 days).
NZPost's delivery window is up to 3 working days, and they do not permit disputes until 10 days have passed from lodgement.

Healthcare Provider Consultation Required: You must consult with your qualified healthcare provider before beginning this or any weight management programme if you:
- Have any pre-existing health conditions
- Are taking any prescription medications
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Are under 18 or over 65 years of age
- Have any concerns about your health

Programme Components: Bio Body homeopathic programme components are provided as part of a complete structured programme. They are intended to support your programme journey and are designed for use by healthy individuals following the complete programme structure under appropriate guidance.
Client Responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You have reviewed the programme information in the Programme Support and Downloads sections of our website.
You have consulted your healthcare provider if you have any pre-existing health conditions or are taking any medications.
You understand that Bio Body programmes are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
You accept full responsibility for monitoring your own health and will seek medical advice if any health concerns arise during the programme.
You understand that individual results vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
You will follow the complete programme structure as provided, including all phases (preparation, structured eating, and consolidation).
Use at Your Own Risk: Use of Bio Body programmes and programme components is at your own risk. These programmes and components are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. If you experience any adverse health effects while following the programme, discontinue use immediately and consult your healthcare provider.
Agreement to Purchase
By clicking 'Submit Order', you agree to purchase the Bio Body programme selected, and acknowledge that your order is binding unless cancelled within the stated time period. You accept the terms outlined above and understand that homeopathic programme components cannot be resold once dispatched.
You further acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood all disclaimers regarding medical advice, individual results, and programme use
- You accept responsibility for consulting your healthcare provider before beginning the programme
- You understand that Bio Body is not responsible for individual results or health outcomes
- You will follow the complete programme structure as designed
Payment Terms & Collection
In some cases, orders may be dispatched before payment clears. If payment is not honoured after goods are received, the account will be referred to a collection agency, and you will be responsible for any associated fees. We will notify you prior to this action being taken.
