ProPLUS+

Designed for clients who want additional engagement throughout their programme. ProPLUS+ offers more structured touchpoints and closer coaching contact across the programme journey.

Premium

Well suited to clients who want more structured support across their programme. Premium offers a more considered support framework designed to address the broader context of long-term consistency.

Platinum

The most structured Bio Body option. Platinum provides the broadest coaching framework and the highest level of structured support and coaching contact across the programme experience, for those who want all of what Bio Body offers.

The Long-Term Approach: Living Light 5:2

Completing a Bio Body programme is a meaningful step. But sustainable weight management is a long-term undertaking, and what comes after a focused programme matters just as much as the programme itself.

Living Light 5:2 is Bio Body's ongoing maintenance system. It operates on a weekly rhythm, five days of regular eating and two structured days per week, giving clients a practical, flexible framework they can sustain over the longer term without the intensity of a full programme.

Living Light 5:2 is designed for:

  • clients who have completed a Bio Body programme and want to continue with a structured approach
  • those who prefer a more gradual, week-by-week approach from the outset
  • people returning to programme work who want to re-establish a sustainable rhythm before committing to a full programme

The 5:2 approach gives clients a framework they can own over time, designed to be integrated into normal life rather than requiring a separate mode of living.
