I am relocating overseas and am looking for the right person to take over a practical asset and handover package developed organically over the past 20 years.
Bio Body has been built as a structured weight management and coaching framework, combining homeopathic support products, programme guidance, formulation records, client resources, label files, website assets and practical handover documentation.

Growth opportunity
Bio Body has historically been built through organic website traffic, referrals, repeat customers and direct enquiries. No substantial social media growth strategy, paid advertising programme, video marketing campaign or structured content-marketing programme has been pursued.
For a buyer with digital marketing skill, practitioner credibility or a willingness to build a focused online presence, this creates a genuine growth opportunity. The existing system is not an exhausted marketing machine. It is a developed practitioner framework with underused digital-growth channels.

The value of the package lies not only in the equipment but also in the accumulated formula library, coaching resources, digital infrastructure, domains, customer login system, documentation and operational knowledge developed over approximately 20 years.
The sale price reflects three things: my change of direction as I relocate overseas, the fact that this is being sold as an asset and handover package rather than a revenue-multiple business sale, and my preference for the package to go to the right person rather than simply the highest bidder.
I am open to discussing price for the right person, particularly if they have the appropriate background and/or a genuine intention to carry the work forward responsibly.
Handover support
Handover documents will be prepared to be comprehensive, so little to no extra support should be required after settlement.
However, light post-sale support can be made available if required at NZD $275 per month for up to six months. This support is optional and can be agreed separately from the asset sale.
